Satisfaction is the word for my experience of buying our Honda CRV 2013 from Honda Superstore of Lisle.
1. Satisfied with the price.
I did online research for the price of this kind of car. Based on my research, I got idea for the price that I could possible expect from the dealer(s). I sent email to Honda of Lisle. A few easy emails back and forward, I got what I wanted. Here I can tell that my wife satisfied with the price. Of course, me too.
2. Satisfied with the sales representative: Debby Pierce.
The decision that we made for purchasing the car in Lisle was not only for the price. We were luckily to have Debby Pierce as our sales representative. Debby was very knowledgeable and professional for what she was doing and extremely helpful and polite with us. She really gave us great impression for all. We had no pressure at all and learned a lot from her. She explained the car in detail and took us for a test drive. She made sure we understood the dealership was behind us all the way by taking us on a tour of this fabulous dealership. Since they had no the red color car in inventory in that time. She made sure that we could have one on the second day.
Yes, we got our car on that day. My wife very satisfied with the car and the service from Debby Pierce. Of course, me too.
